This workshop is conducted By our Yoga Teacher, certified Christine Pauchard & Mradul Jain, our specialist in stress management & corporate workshop

This workshop is design to relax your Brain and your sympathetic and para-sympathetic system, to teach you some asanas  to strengthen and relax your body, and discover your way to cope  with daily  and grow your happiness and hidden potential
