Sophrology, the study of consciousness in harmony
An approach combining hypnosis and yoga with various exercises to succeed in all aspects of your life.
Sophrology is effective for:
Stress management, Release of tensions, building selfconfidence, pain management, – improvement of sleep, developing creativity and discernment, Preparation for exams, talks, “feared” events, preparation for birth, body and mind relaxation, improved concentration, an optimistic and serene attitude, letting go and taking a step back.
This workshop is intended for anyone wishing to co-create their lives through the experimentation and learning of various transformational tools inspired by yoga and hypnosis. Health professionals will discover interesting tools enabling them to enrich their practices.
A 2 days workshop with experiential learning.

Saturday, Sunday 9 – 6 PM. 80% practice, 20% theory
