I attended this workshop just to meet likeminded people and colleagues – after 25years of working as a psychotherapist I didnt expect much new to happen. I am amazed how much I learned, how well this integrates different techniques, and adds to my toolbox. The workshop is well organised and the presentation was excellent!” G.M., Germany.

Hello, I did the 2 days workshop Yoga with Christine. I enjoyed the way we practiced and I was surprised to learn so much. Since then I am more aware in my practice and in my daily life. She showed me how to advance beyond my yoga routine and how to overcome my fears. This was so great, the effect is still with me. Laura Grey. USA. 2 days Yoga and meditation Workshop – January 2015
