Hello, I did the 2 days workshop Yoga with Christine. I enjoyed the way we practiced and I was surprised to learn so much.  Since then I am more aware in my practice and in my daily life. in which we will explore Mindfulness, Insights, Techniques and Experiential learning

From  Meditation, Yoga, meta-model and the “Deep Memory Process”

saturday 26 december

9h to 12 noon  

We start the day with Ujjay breathing and sun salutation.

Why don’t we live in the present moment?

We will learn how to recognize influences from Pastlife, Inner Child and an “energy from nature” –  with demo session.

Presentation on “Experiencing life in different Levels of  Wholeness”, with practice session

2 to 5 pm:

We will start with Anapana meditation: this meditation on (the) breath is a prodigious  tool  to help us to stay in the present moment. We will explore the Influence of emotions on the balance of our mind.

We will do practical exercises to help us   to be in the present moment. We will explore the“ metamodel”, tool used in NLP.


Sunday 27 december 

9 to 12 noon:

We start with a short presentation of the philosophy of yoga in India.

We practise Yoga asanas (1h 30 min) :  Asanas are made to ground us (settle) in our body and strengthen the presence (help us to be more) in “Here and Now”.

We wrap up the morning with Yoga Nidra


2 to 5 pm

We will start with a Walking meditation

We will introduce you to the “Deep Memory Process” – THE essential technique used by all mind- body therapies,  

With practice rounds

We will be finalizing with a meditation on “Who am I ”
