Two weeks Intensive Training: From 2nd to 14 August 2019:

Our 2 week course is an intensive yoga program including an in depth study of the theory and practice of Yoga & Meditation. Adapted to beginners as well as experienced practitioners who feel they lack knowledge in some areas of the study of Yoga or simply want to learn more.

From Friday 2 nd August to Wednesday 14 August 2019

From 7.00 AM to 9:30 Am: Shatkarma, Asanas, Pranayama

930 AM to 10:45 AM: Shower and breakfast 
11:00 AM to 12:30 AM :  Philosophies of Yoga: Yoga Sutra/ hatha Yoga Pradipika 
Techniques of Kriya Yoga/ Kundalini Yoga/ Prana : 5 times 
Meditation: 3 times/ Chanting – Mantra: 2 times 
Ayurveda/ Obstacles in Yoga/ Benefit of Yoga/ Diet : 1 time

Monday and Thursday
4:00 PM to 5:30 PM : Hatha yoga : Deepening asana- Prop use and modification & bandhas
