 The purpose of this 5 mornings workshop is to help you to find more stability in your emotions and more peace inside.

We will do yoga asanas, breathing exercices, pranayama,  Patanjali yoga sutra reading ( yoga philosophy), some meditation and relaxation. And explore the limitations of our body (and mind).

Every ones has to bring one mat for yoga and one cushion for meditation + towel to wipe the sweat and water to drink . 

The venue is Taramangaling. You will find explanations to go there on this website on the page ” YOGA”

From 8.00 am to 12.00 noon

To give you a taste  of deep yoga: Yama, Nyama, concentration and the philosophy  which lead to Pratyahara

(Pratyahara leads the mind inwards, preparing it for meditation. In pratyahara, the mind is withdrawn from the senses and the sense objects, yet remaining fully aware of the inner processes. Pratyahara is the stage between externalizing and internalizing the mind.)
Afternoon you can get a personal session With Christine  to discuss about your obstacles in Yoga asanas and or/and in your personal development in your life, and find how you may improve happiness and stability in with yourself, with your family, with your work.

Venue Taramangaling: From Auroville: From auroville Main Village kuilapalayam, follow 3 kms the main road passing the restaurant Tantoo, . 100m after Aromas garden, there is a big green and white water  Tank on your left side and the UDavi school crossing (edayanchavadi) .  Take the muddy path which is in front of UDavi school and go staight. Pass Adventure, botanical garden and go always straight. Cross the big grass field. After Skandavan, 3rd red gate on the left

Day 1 
7.15  am to 8.45/9.00 a.m Practise asanas 
The first day. We will go slowly though standing asanas and sitting ones . That will help the news students in Yoga to be able to follow up. 
9.00 to 10.00: shower and breakfast ( you have to bring your breakfast to eat on the spot or you can go outside: Town hall)
10.00  to 12.00: meditation ( anapana + mindful meditation) +exercise from Kriya Yoga: concentration  

Day2: 
7.15  am to 8.45/9.00 a.m Practise asanas
We will start to work together with the flow  though standing asanas and sitting ones . 
Every day we will repeat the same asanas in the same order. 
9.00 to 10.00: shower and breakfast ( you have to bring your breakfast to eat on the spot or you can go outside: Town hall)
10.00 to 12.00: meditation ( chakra meditation) + yoga sutra

Day3
7.15  am to 8.45/9.00 a.m Practise asanas
9.00 to 10.00: shower and breakfast ( you have to bring your breakfast to eat on the spot or you can go outside: Town hall)
10.00 to 12.00:  meditation ( breathing exercises and Pranayama) ) + yoga sutra

Day4
7.15  am to 8.45/9.00 a.m Practise asanas
9.00 to 10.00: shower and breakfast ( you have to bring your breakfast to eat on the spot or you can go outside: Town hall)
10.00 to 12.00:  Mulabhanda + Yoga and health and diet

Day5 : 
7.15  am to 8.45/9.00 a.m Practise asanas 
9.00 to 10.00: shower and breakfast ( you have to bring your breakfast to eat on the spot or you can go outside: Town hall)
10.00  to 12.00: meditation  anapana +  Yoga sutra + yoga nidra
